Temesha Siler-McNeill is a disciplined, innovative leader and coach with over 20 years of corporate management experience. In her varied roles as leader strategist, project manager, market manager, keynote speaker and workshop leader, she has successfully managed and led corporate teams of 1- 130 staff members. Temesha is now using her business strategies, practices and strategic planning to grow the Kingdom of God. Temesha is a great strategic planner who has successfully increased revenue and helped other ministries build solid teams.
Temesha is a certified Green Belt Six Sigma Leader with extensive training in project management, leader development and organized management. She is gifted with the ability to positively influence others to perform and drive results. Temesha brings to the table her valuable understanding of business strategies, coaching and leadership.
Temesha, who was saved and discovered her gift of leadership at the early age of nine, has held many different ministry leadership positions in the church for over 25 years. She has a dynamic facilitation style and approach that delivers life changing execution of goals. Temesha’s strategies are practical, comprehensive and no-nonsense applications for ministry and personal success. She fiercely believes that all church ministries should be managed with a spirit of excellence and effectiveness.
Recognizing that managing a team can be complex and challenging, Temesha works with clients to create solid goals. Most importantly, she will offer collaborative strategies to execute and meet established goals. Temesha wants to see more people THRIVE not just survive.
